Surfers welcomed us with a lot of construction work - unfortunately not just on the roads, but also in front of our hostel; unfriendly french people in our room, skyscraper blocking the sun on the beach and no atmosphere at all.
Visiting the sky point observation deck was therefore the only thing I would recommend. Hence we didn't really enjoyed our stay we left surfers after two days.
